    Description

    Brilliant Mindis a comprehensive blend of omega-3 fatty acids, including both eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and phospholipids, which work together to support cognitive and cardiovascular health. Omega-3 fatty acids, phosphatidylserine (PS), phosphatidylcholine (PC), and L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha-GPC) normalize the brain’s lipid content and support healthy neurotransmitter function. PC is the major phospholipid in the body and a precursor to acetylcholine, an important brain chemical involved in both memory and thought. Alpha-GPC increases plasma levels of choline and therefore also increases the production of acetylcholine and PC.
