Take one scoop mixed with water or juice three times daily with food or immediately after meals (to minimize gastrointestinal irritation and prevent too rapid absorption).
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Diarrhea, stomach irritation, nausea, slowed heart rate and abnormal heart rhythm may occur. Discontinue use and contact your health care practitioner if you develop severe stomach pain, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, or for use beyond four weeks.
