Jigsaw Health Mag SRT (B-Free) combines the highly absorbable form of magnesium, dimagnesium malate from Albion, with their proprietary Sustained Release Technology (SRT), without the B-vitamins. SRT slows down the release of magnesium to spread it out over eight hours. This allows for maximum absorption, while eliminating the digestive discomfort often caused by other high-dose magnesium supplements.

Ingredients

Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate), Malic Acid (as dimagnesium malate), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium and Hydroxypropul Methylcellulose (plant based insoluble fibers used to achieve sustained release technology); L-leucine (essential amino acid used as lubricant), Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent), Clear Coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and sunflower oil) and Mircocrystaline Wax (for easier swallowing).
