Picea mariana (Black spruce) (leaf) 30%, Pinus sylvestris (Scotch pine essential oil) 25%, Mentha x piperita (Peppermint essential oil) 20%, Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit essential oil) 20%. Non-medicinal ingredient: Cinnamomum Zeylanicum bark essential oil.
Fatigue is a sensation everyone has felt at some point during their life. For some, physical and/or psychological fatigue is a daily occurrence that must be overcome.
Fatigue is characterized by a lack of energy and will. It leads to a relative inability to want to do things. The organism is over consuming its energy, weakening both body and spirit.
AROMAVITA 95 is a mixture of essential oils aimed at giving a boost to the body. It does this by stimulating various metabolic functions. Peppermint oil has the most significant effect. It enables better digestion, circulation, and immune function. Cinnamon bark does the same. However, it must be used with caution due to it tendency to irritate internal mucous membranes. Cinnamon bark oil is an excellent warming tonic (it is after all a hyperaemic oil). Even at high dilution levels, it provides warm feelings during skin massage.
Like most citrus, Grapefruit essence is rich in monoterpenes making it an excellent general tonic. Whether via massage or oral consumption, it provides for better digestion and circulation.
Finally, Scots Pine and Black Spruce were added to stimulate the body's adrenal cortex and initiate the natural synthesis of molecules associated with pain control (cortisol).
Thanks to these two complementary pathways and a variety of application methods, AROMAVITA 95 allows for the control of fatigue and burnout.

Adults ( ≥ 18 years): Local topical application: add 2 drops to 10 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply to the abdomen or the inner side of the wrists up to 3 times per day. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Direct inhalation: apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to handkerchief/tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day. For occasional use only. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.
For use in an essential oil diffuser: 1-6 drops added undiluted in the diffuser (ultrasonic or air).
Cautions and warnings:
- Keep out of reach of children.
- If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre.
- If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
- If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
- Avoid exposing affected/treated areas to sunlight.
- Do not expose the applied area(s) to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application. (AROMAVITA 7, 8, 16, 49, 82, 95, 98, 101)
Contraindications:
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.
- If you have broken, irritated or sensitive skin do, not use this product. (AROMAVITA 1, 7, 8, 16, 49, 55, 80, 82, 93, 95, 98, 101)
Known adverse reactions:
- If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.
- Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
- A skin test is recommended for sensitive skin.
AROMAVITA to use for diffusion:
- Add 5 to 10 drops of the complex (AROMAVITA: 1, 6, 7, 8, 15, 49, 93, 95) to your diffuser.
