HMF Super Powder is a moderate level maintenance probiotic formula which provides two strains of proprietary human-sourced Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, along with fructooligosaccharides, formulated to assist in re-establishing and maintaining normal intestinal microflora. Recommended Dose: For gastrointestinal health: Adults and Children (1 year and older): In a glass, add water to 1 heaped scoop (1.15 g) of HMF® Super Powder and mix well. Take 2 times daily with meals, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed. Maintain adequate fluid intake. For symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome: Adults and Children (11 years and older): In a glass, add water to 1 heaped scoop (1.15 g) of HMF® Super Powder and mix well. Take 3 times daily with meals, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed. Maintain adequate fluid intake. For prebiotic: Adults and Adolescents (15 years and older): Take 1-3 scoops 2-3 times daily, for a total of 7 scoops daily. In a glass, add water to the HMF® Super Powder and mix well. Take with meals, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed.
