Kidney Complex was specifically formulated with herbs, such as cranberry and uva-ursi, used in Herbal Medicine to help prevent and relieve symptoms associated with minor UTIs. Cranberries are rich in polyphenol antioxidant compounds such as proanthocyanidins, which reduce the adhesiveness of E. coli bacteria to the uroepithelial cells that line the bladder.1
Regular cranberry supplementation helps to reduce UTI incidence in women at an increased risk of UTI, and may help to improve lower urinary tract symptoms in men. 2,3 Similarly, uva-ursi is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms associated with minor UTIs, including burning sensations and frequent urination. Recommended Adult Dose: Take 4 capsules 2 times daily, a few hours before or after taking any medication or natural health product,
or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food to minimize gastric disturbance. Do not take with highly acidic
foods or medications which may acidify urine. For occasional use only. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 week.

Information: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking products containing diuretics, or have heart disease, high or low
blood pressure, diabetes, oedema or gall bladder, liver or kidney disorder. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult your healthcare
practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, have fever, painful urination, spasms, blood in urine, symptoms of intestinal
spasms, a history of kidney stones or gastrointestinal tract disorder, or to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer. High dosages of
berberine can depress respiration, stimulate intestinal smooth muscle and reduce bronchial constriction. Stop use and seek medical
attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat or difficulty breathing. Stop
use and consult your healthcare practitioner if the following symptoms occur: nausea, vomiting or drop in blood pressure. Consult your
