Each 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp (8.45 g) contains:
SunFiber® (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum) 4000 mg
Larch (FiberAid™ ) 2000 mg
Chia (Milled) 2000 mg
Prune Powder 300 mg
Triphala 45% 150 mg

Description

Fibre Formula 2 is a unique blend of partially hydrolyzed guar gum, chia, larch and prune powders. It also contains triphala, an Indian herbal bowel normalizer. It does not contain any PSYLLIUM or FLAX that are typically found in fibre formulas.

Dose

1 serving (8.45 g) daily or as directed, with plenty of water at least 30 minutes away from other supplements or medications.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution in esophageal disorders or individuals with intestinal obstruction. Generally well tolerated. May cause gastric disturbances. Drug interactions may exist.
