Each 1/8 tsp (0.67 g) contains:
Vitamin C (Calcium Ascorbate) 600 mg
Calcium (as Calcium Ascorbate) 70 mg

Description

Vitamin C is one of the most important antioxidants in the body. It is needed for healthy connective tissue and healthy immune function. It possesses anti-histamine, anti-viral, anti-hypertensive and anti-atherogenic properties. Mineral ascorbates may be less irritating to the GI tract since they are buffered.

1 serving (600 mg) 1-4x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

May cause diarrhea even at low doses. Caution with G6PD deficiency, iron overload and history of kidney stones. Drug interactions may exist.
