Description

Peony and Licorice is a safe and gentle, yet powerful, formula that is well-known for its ability to build blood and balance menstrual cycles. This is a very common formula in both Chinese and Japanese herbal medicine (Toki-shakuyaku-san). It also warms the Kidney and can improve female libido and fertility, metabolism and vitality. Many clinical trials have found that White Peony combined with Licorice performs better, particularly for relaxing muscles, reducing painful menstruation, as well as lowering serum and free testosterone levels in women with PCOS.
