Saw Palmetto 35% 411 mg
providing fatty acids 144 mg

Description

Saw palmetto has been shown to decrease the activity of 5-alpha reductase, which in turn alleviates benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and the associated compression of the urethra. It also increases libido, increases sperm production, and is useful as a urinary antiseptic and diuretic.

1 serving (1 capsule) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in pregnancy and hormone-sensitive cancers. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist.
