Each 3 capsules contain:
Senna 10% 200 mg
Cascara Sagrada 10% 150 mg
Rhubarb Root Powder 150 mg
Fennel Seed 4:1 100 mg
Marshmallow Root 4:1 100 mg
Magnesium (Oxide) 500 mg

Description

This formula is designed to assist with constipation relief. It contains a variety of herbs and magnesium oxide to provide a gentle demulcent and laxative effect without causing intestinal cramping. Not to be used long term.

1 serving (3 capsules) 1x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution in pregnancy and in children. Avoid in intestinal obstruction, Crohn’s disease, appendicitis or abdominal pain. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist.
