Indications

A factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps in energy metabolism in the body, the normal function of the immune system, healthy metabolism and to form red blood cells. Adolescents and adults 14 years and older: Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. Helps to support normal early fetal development (brain and spinal cord).

( Folate 200mcg(L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) ) (Vitamin B1220mcg(methylcobalamin) )

Description

200 mcg of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate and 20 mcg of methylcobalamin per liquid drop in a natural blueberry flavour.

Quantity

15 ml

Dose

Children ages 1-3 - Take 1 drop per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Children ages 4-8 - Take 2 drops per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Adolescents ages 9-13 - Take 3 drops per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Adolescents ages 14-18 - Take 4 drops per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Adults - Take 5 drops per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Ages 14 and up - 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Consult a healthcare professional to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.
