This well balanced formula contains B Vitamins in their bio-active forms, at specific evidence based amounts to be well tolerated during pregnancy and lactation. In particular, Vitamin B6 is at a higher ratio to combat pregnancy induced nausea. Vitamin K has been added to support pre and post delivery. This comprehensive, well researched formula also contains 5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate (1mg/day), the active form of folic acid, for superior absorption and efficacy in preventing neural tube defects when taken prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy.
