Indications

Rhodiola helps to support cognitive functions such as mental focus and mental stamina or to reduce mental fatigue in cases of mental stress, help temporarily relieve symptoms of stress (such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness). Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurveda to improve memory and cognitive stimulation.

Ingredients

( Organic) For 1.4 ml: 1:3 Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) (root) 240 mg, 1:2 Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) (fresh root) 180 mg, 1:5 Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri) (aerial parts) 50 mg and 1:5 Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) (leaves) 50 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic* ethyl alcohol, water.

Description

Actions: Adaptogenic, cerebral tonic, stimulant of cognitive functions, nerve tonic, antioxidant.

Dose

Dosage: Adults: 40 drops in a little water 5 times daily.

Duration of use: Use at least 6 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Potential side effects/Safety

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if you take an antidepressant. If you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you suffer from bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.

Known adverse reactions: If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. Can cause digestive problems.
