Indications

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a diuretic to help relieve benign urinary tract infections (such as cystitis).

Ingredients

Fresh (organic) herbs each 1 ml contains:
Goldenrod (Solidago canadensis) (flowering top) 80 mg, Nettle (Urtica dioica) (herb top) 80 mg, Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) (flowering top) 70 mg, Ground ivy (Glechoma hederacea) (herb top) 50 mg, Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) (flowering top) 50 mg, Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) (root) 47 mg. / Dried plant: 1:5 Juniper (Juniperus communis) (fruit) 50 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic ethyl alcohol, water.

Description

Actions: Diuretic, febrifuge, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibiotic.

Quantity

50 ml

Dose

30 drops in a little water 3 times a day. Take a few hours before or after taking drugs or natural health products.

Duration of use: For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Potential side effects/Safety

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you have heart disease, kidney or liver disorder, high or low blood pressure, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face or feet) or if you are taking products containing diuretics. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner immediately if dizziness, mental confusion, weakness or muscle pain, irregular heartbeat and /or difficulty breathing.

Contraindications: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to salicylates (AAS-acetyl salicylic), pregnancy, lactation, if you suffer from heart or kidney disease, if sensitivity to salicylates (aspirin), in case of allergy to the family plants Asteraceae/ Compositae / Daisy.

Drug interactions: Avoid taking with drugs with similar or opposite effects. Use cautiously with other anticoagulants, possible interaction.
