Indications

Used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help temporary relieve symptoms of stress such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness. Help maintain cognitive functions such as concentration and intellectual force. Help support cognitive function such as mental focus and mental stamina.

Ingredients

Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) organic roots 1:3 333 mg/ml (400 mg per dose of 1.2 ml). Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic ethyl alcohol, water.

Description

Actions: Adaptogenic, antioxidant, restorative nerve tonic, antidepressive, nervine, stress, fatigue, intellectual fatigue, improves memory & concentration, immunostimulant, antiviral, cardio and neuro protective.

Quantity

50 ml

Dose

Adults: 36 drops in a little water 3 times daily with meals. Do not take immediately before bedtime.

Potential side effects/Safety

Cautions: If symptoms persist or worsen, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you take an antidepressant medication, consult a health care practitioner. If you take hormone replacement therapy or oral contraceptives, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.

Contraindications: If you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, do not use this product.

Known adverse reaction: If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use.
