Indications

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a demulcent: to soothe irritation and inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract; to soothe irritation and inflammation of the mouth, pharynx, upper respiratory tract; and to help relieve coughs associated with upper respiratory tract /conditions such as bronchitis.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) 250 mg QCE (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol, Vegetable glycerine

Description

Marshmallow root is used for respiratory tract mucous membrane inflammation, dry cough, inflammation of the gastric mucosa, diarrhea, peptic ulcers, constipation, urinary tract inflammation, and urinary calculus

Quantity

Available in bottle sizes of 50ml, 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml, 3650ml

Dose

Adults: Take 1-1.7 ml (30-50 drops) 3-4x daily in a little water on an empty stomach a few hours before or after taking other medications.
