Indications

The primary action of this formula is to provide a significant boost to the immune system and enhance the body's defenses. It also has adaptogenic properties to help restore balance.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients per 1 capsule:
Astragalus Root (Astragalus Membranaceus) … 500 mg
Aloe Vera extract (200:1 concentrate) … 150 mg
Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma Lucidum) … 100 mg
Ashwagandha … 100 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingedients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell), Oryza sativa (Rice) Powder.

Description

The specific function of each ingredient is as follows:
Aloe Vera (200:1 extract) research has recently focused on the saccharide constituents of this plant, acetylated mannose and acemannan. These two components have demonstrated impressive antiviral and immune boosting properties. Both have shown significant results on studies specific to AIDS.

Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) enhances T-lymphocyte activity supporting immune system function.

Astragalus (Astragalus Membranaceus), according to Chinese texts, is a rapid restorer of Chi (Energy) and an immune system stimulant.

Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) is an Ayurvedic herb with strong adaptogenic properties and works synergistically enhancing the restorative effects of Astragalus.

2 capsules, 2 times daily with food.

Potential side effects/Safety

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you suffer from an immune system disorder (e.g. Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.) or if you are taking immuno-suppressants. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. For use beyond 3 months: dizziness, irritated skin, nausea and diarrhea have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
