Chamomile 1% 120 mg
Cinnamon Extract 20:1 120 mg
Gentian Root 4:1 30 mg
5-Hydroxytryptophan 120 mg
Pyridoxyl-5-Phosphate 10 mg
Triphala 45% 300 mg
Melatonin 3 mg
This formula provides the same nutrients as the Motility Formula 1 except the Acetyl-L-Carnitine has been removed, and 5-HTP increased and melatonin added. The ginger has been lowered for those who do not tolerate ginger well.
