Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) : 500 mg

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), croscarmellose sodium, citrus bioflavonoids, hesperidin, rutin, rosehips.

Natural Factors Vitamin C 500 mg combines the antioxidant support of vitamin C with a complementary blend of naturally sourced citrus bioflavonoids, rutin, rosehips, and hesperidin for synergistic antioxidant activity. Vitamin C is well-recognized for protecting the body’s cells from oxidative stress and helping support immune system function. It is also needed for the formation of collagen, which helps with the normal development and maintenance of connective tissue including skin, bones, cartilage, teeth, and gums.

Vitamin C is not made by the body, nor is it stored in the body because it is water-soluble. Excess amounts are eliminated through the urine. For this reason, vitamin C needs to be consumed every day in order to maintain the levels recommended for overall health.
