Ingredients

Each softgel contains:
Suntheanine < sup > ® < /sup > L-Theanine : 100 mg
L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seed) : 15 mg
Melatonin (non-animal source) : 1.5 mg

Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), organic flaxseed oil, yellow beeswax, nonGMO sunflower lecithin, enteric coating (purified water, ethylcellulose, medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid, sodium alginate, purified stearic acid).

Recommended adult dose: 2 softgels daily, 30–45 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. 5-HTP can cause stomach sensitivity in some people.
