Soy Isoflavone Extract (Glycine max) (soybean) : 50 mg
Total Isoflavones : 13.8 mg AIE*
Genistein/genistin compounds : 2.2 mg AIE*

Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Description

Many reports tout the health benefits of soy, particularly for perimenopausal and menopausal women. You may even know someone who includes soy in their diet. Soy contains phytochemicals that can effectively reduce heart disease and severe and frequent menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes and night sweats. Soy isoflavones also help to reduce bone mineral density loss in post-menopausal, in conjunction with calcium and vitamin D. Soy Isoflavones complex capsules contain naturally balanced isoflavones, genistein and daidzein. These well-known flavonoids are complemented by other healthful natural compounds found in soybeans and soy foods. Although especially popular with women, soy isoflavones have also been shown to have benefits for men.
