Inositol 3,000 mg

Description

Inositol aids cellular response to hormonal signals. It acts as a lipotropic agent and is used to export fat from the liver. It is used in anxiety, depression, OCD, autism, panic attacks, ADD, bipolar disorder other neurological conditions as well as PCOS.

Dose

1 serving (3,000 mg) 1-5x daily or as directed. For most psychiatric conditions 12-18 grams per day are used.
