Tryptophan 100 mg
Valerian 0.8% 100 mg
Magnesium (Taurate) 50 mg
Hops 2% 50 mg
Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate (P5P) 5 mg
Melatonin 3 mg

Description

This is a powerful formula designed for those with occasional or chronic insomnia. It is also good for those suffering from jet lag or for those with circadian rhythm abnormalities. It is designed to reduce the amount of time it takes to get to sleep, to sleep better, and to increase daytime alertness.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution in pregnancy and lactation. Caution preoperatively (CNS depressant effects). Caution in individuals with depression or seasonal affective disorder. Caution in those allergic to the asteraciae/compositae family. Some people may experience vivid dreams or nightmares when they take melatonin. Drug interactions exist.
