Each capsule contains:
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) 500 mg
microcrystalline cellulose

Description

NAC is important in metabolism of glutathione (GSH), the body’s primary cellular antioxidant. It also works with vitamin C to enhance the immune system. NAC also thins the mucus, improving smoker’s cough, COPD and bronchitis. This supplement may also be a valuable for slowing the progression of HIV and in the prevention of colon cancer.

Dose

1 serving (1 capsule) 1-3x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in active peptic ulcer. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist.
