Each capsule contains:
Iron (Citrate) 35 mg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 800 mcg
Folic Acid 400 mcg
Vitamin C (from Magnesium Ascorbate) 200mg

Description

This formula provides a non-constipating form of iron along with cofactors necessary for proper iron absorption and utilization. Its uses include improving red blood cell health and conditions associated with iron deficiency, including heavy menstruation, pregnancy and vegetarians.

1 serving (1 capsule) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Keep iron-containing supplements out of reach of young children. Caution with hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, polycythemia and iron-loading anemias. Generally well tolerated.
