Rosemary Extract (6% carnosic acid) 40 mg
Amla (45% tannins) 40 mg
microcrystalline cellulose

Description

Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) facilitates the conversion of estrogen to a less cancer-promoting form, it partially blocks the effects of estrogen on cells, it directly kills or inhibits cancer cells, and it reduces levels of free radicals which can promote cancer by damaging DNA. Studies suggest that I3C might help reduce the risk of estrogen-sensitive cancers like breast and cervical cancers.
