Inulin 1000 mg
Larch (FiberAid™ ) 840 mg
Milled Chia 840 mg
Apple Pectin 500 mg
Citrus Pectin 500 mg
Prune Powder 400 mg
Guar Gum 300 mg
Marshmallow Root 4:1 250 mg

Description

This formula has a nice blend of soluble and insoluble fibres, including flax, larch, inulin, chia and the pectins. It is available with and without flavour.

1 serving (5.6 g) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution in esophageal disorders or individuals with intestinal obstruction. Generally well tolerated. May cause gastric disturbances. Drug interactions may exist.
