Vitamin K2 (MK7) 45 mcg
l-glutamine 470 mg

Description

Vitamin K2 has the ability to play a significant role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease. Natural vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK7) is a bioavailable, bioactive and long lasting form of vitamin K.

Quantity

30 g

Dose

1 serving (45 mcg) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution with liver disease, reduced bile secretion or those receiving hemodialysis. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist. Not likely to interact negatively with blood-thinning medications (warfarin) at 45 mcg/day.
