Each capsule contains:
Iron (from Heme Iron) 10 mg
Ascorbate (Magnesium Ascorbate) 100 mg
Iron (Glycinate) 10 mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5’-Phosphate) 5 mg
Iron (Citrate) 5 mg
Zinc (Citrate) 5 mg
Copper (Citrate) 1 mg
Folic Acid (5-Methyltetrahydrofolate) Quatrefolic® 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 400 mcg

Description

This formula contains iron from three sources; heme iron, iron glycinate and iron citrate, along with supportive cofactors. One capsule per day might be enough for some patients.

1 serving (1 capsule) 1-3x daily or as directed.
