Description

Natural Factors Critical Care Probiotic 55 Billion is a high-potency nine-strain formula that helps support intestinal health. It features a lacto-probiotic blend that includes L. paracasei, L. rhamnosus, L. acidophilus, and L. plantarum, and a bifido-probiotic blend that includes B. animalis, B. bifidum, B. longum, and B. breve for targeted support of the small and large intestines.

Populations of some beneficial bacteria can decline during illness, when taking medications, with gastrointestinal conditions, and with other changes in health. Disruptions to the gut flora can compromise gut health and the body’s natural defences against harmful microorganisms. Critical Care Probiotic offers comprehensive support by combining probiotic strains from human, dairy, and plant origins.

Each strain in this formula has been carefully selected for its natural resistance to gastric acid, allowing the probiotics to reach the intestines at full potency where they could promote a favourable gut flora. Formulated for people with acute digestive needs, Critical Care Probiotic may be consumed at any time, with or without meals. It has a guaranteed potency of 55 billion active cells per capsule at expiry. The non-GMO vegetarian capsules are shelf-stable and do not need refrigeration.
