Description

Natural Factors Senior’s Multi Probiotic is a specially formulated blend of eight probiotic strains to help support intestinal and gastrointestinal health. Each strain is carefully selected for its natural resistance to gastric acid, ensuring that the probiotics are safely delivered to the intestines at full potency. This formula contains lactobacilli for targeted support of the small intestine, and bifidobacteria, the most prevalent beneficial bacteria in the colon, for targeted support of the large intestine.

Populations of some beneficial bacteria, like B. breve , can decline with age, compromising gut health and the body’s natural defences against harmful microorganisms. Regular consumption of probiotics could promote a favourable gut flora, which is especially valuable for older adults.

By combining probiotic strains from human, dairy, and plant origins, Senior’s Multi Probiotic is formulated for comprehensive support. This formula includes L. rhamnosus , which has been studied for its role in the gut-immune axis of older adults, and L. acidophilus , which has been studied for its role in digestive balance, particularly during and after antibiotic use.

Senior’s Multi Probiotic has a guaranteed potency of 55 billion active cells per capsule at manufacture, and 35 billion at expiry. This convenient daily supplement is ideal for people concerned about age-related changes in their gut health.
