Description

Butterbur (Petasites hybridus) is a powerful migraine-preventive agent. It may help reduce both the frequency and duration of migraine attacks when taken on a regular basis for up to 4 months. It provides anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic effects particularly in cerebral blood vessel walls.

1-2 servings (1 capsule) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution in children. Avoid in pregnancy. Generally well tolerated. May cause allergic reactions in people who are sensitive to ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds and daisies.
