Ingredients

Each 1 tsp (3.1 g) contains:
Psyllium Seed Powder 3100 mg

Description

Psyllium is a soluble fibre that helps nourish friendly bacteria in the intestines, promotes normal transit time, binds to toxic substances and heavy metals, and slows sugar release.

Quantity

400 g

Dose

1-3 servings (3100 mg) daily or as directed. Drink immediately and take with plenty of fluids.

Potential side effects/Safety

Those known to be allergic/hypersensitive to psyllium should avoid this product. Generally well tolerated. May decrease the absorption of other supplements or medications.
