Description
Therapeutic actions: • Cercis siliquastrum is a remedy affecting the circulatory system with its hypocoagulant and antithrombotic properties. It is used for sclerotic plaquing. • Circulatory system: retinal thrombosis, arterial embolism, arteritis of the extremities, hypocoagulation, cerebral atherosclerosis, hepaticatherosclerosis, renal atherosclerosis, Buerger's disease.
Clinical indications: • This bud works specifically as an anti-thrombotic in retinal thrombosis but also in juvenile arteritis (Buerger's disease) and arteritis of the extremities. • Has an effect on cerebral, hepatic and renal atherosclerosis (degeneration of arterial walls). • Arteriosclerosis, is particulary due to protein or lipid deposition, often present in cerebral, hepatic, or renal locations • Buerger's disease (a juvenile form of arteritis also called thromboangiitis obliterans) • Possible use in all arteriosclerosis cases • Arteritis cases, especially of the lower leg, including thrombophlebitis and intermittent claudication • Acrocyanosis of the hands and feet. • Raynaud's syndrome • Arterial embolisms • Retinal thrombosis
Consider in combination with: • Olea europaea, for arteriosclerosis • Equisetum arvense, for epistaxis • Cornus sanguinea, for Buerger's disease • Alnus glutinosa, for Raynaud's syndrome • Citrus limonum, for TIA (transient ischemic attack) • Populus nigra, for arteritis, and lower leg thrombus conditions

0.05 ml (extract 1:20 …. 2.5 mg )
Dose
Adults and children > 12 years • Depending on the patient and the problem being treated, 5-10 drops daily are recommended. • To start with, 5 drops should be taken; this dose can be increased by one drop daily to reach a maximum of 15-20 drops daily, until the required and stable result is acquired. The dosage is then maintained for the remainder of the treatment period. • The length of the treatment depends on the health problem and the gemmotherapy remedy used. Normally it is recommended that the treatment be continued for three (3) months. The treatment should last for a minimum of three weeks and can be repeated several times, allowing for example a treatment-free week between each course. • One or two remedies, the most applicable, can be combined; more are not usually necessary. However, the complexes have the advantage of combining several extracts in one formula, thus facilitating the treatment. A complex may, if considered necessary, be combined with another complex or individual bud extract.
