Description
Therapeutic actions: • Restores the peristaltic action to the colon. • Detoxifies the blood & lymphatic system. • Prevents neurodegeneration. Stimulates the brain through increased circulation and oxygenation. Useful in fighting dependencies (cigarette smoking). • Helps to break down gallstones (Malic acid). • Anti-inflammatory; it acts where there is blood stasis, hot flushes. Regulates the breakdown of steroid hormone from cholesterol.
Clinical indications: • Nervous system: Improves memory / concentration / mental fatigue. Halts degeneration in conditions of neurodegeneration including ALM, MS and Alzheimer’s. Vascular migraines. Nerve sedative (relieves anxiety, calms, lowers blood pressure, and facilitates sleep induction). Overwork, lack of concentration. Cigarette smoking cessation. • Digestive: Constipation (restores the peristaltic action of the colon), diverticulosis, IBS. Cholelithiasis (Malic acid helps to break down gallstones). • Uro-genital: Very effective in the treatment of hot flushes, frigidity / impotency. Progesterone-like action. • Cardiovascular: Hypercholesterolemia / hypertryglycerimia, arteriosclerosis.

Dose
Adults and children > 12 years • Depending on the patient and the problem being treated, 5-10 drops daily are recommended. • To start with, 5 drops should be taken; this dose can be increased by one drop daily to reach a maximum of 15-20 drops daily, until the required and stable result is acquired. The dosage is then maintained for the remainder of the treatment period. • The length of the treatment depends on the health problem and the gemmotherapy remedy used. Normally it is recommended that the treatment be continued for three (3) months. The treatment should last for a minimum of three weeks and can be repeated several times, allowing for example a treatment-free week between each course. • One or two remedies, the most applicable, can be combined; more are not usually necessary. However, the complexes have the advantage of combining several extracts in one formula, thus facilitating the treatment. A complex may, if considered necessary, be combined with another complex or individual bud extract.
