This meal replacement helps satisfy appetite, helps build and repair body tissue, helps build antibodies and strong muscles, and supports healthy weight management as part of an energy-reduced diet, all of which contribute to healthy aging.
Whey protein is a source of the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which are necessary for the repair of lean muscle mass.
