Fish oil (anchovy, sardines and/or mackerel) : 4500 mg
Omega-3 fatty acids : 1500 mg

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)† : 500 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (lanolin) : 1000 IU (25 mcg)

Description

Natural Factors SeaRich Omega-3 is a great-tasting omega-3 formula made using the freshest, highest quality fish oil to support cognitive and cardiovascular health. Each teaspoon provides 750 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 500 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in triglyceride form that offers higher bioavailability and no fishy repeat, along with 1000 IU vitamin D3.

Omega-3 fatty acids are integral to our health and well-being and are important components of every cell in our body. Overwhelming research confirms that omega-3EPA and DHA, are vital for the development of the brain, eyes, and nerves along with providing support for cognitive health and brain function throughout life.

This formula provides 1000 IU of vitamin D3, which is vital for the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus to help in the maintenance of bones and teeth.
