Turmeric extract (
Curcuma longa
) (rhizome) < br > (95% curcuminoids) : 300 mg
Bromelain extract (
Ananas comosus
) (stem) : 150 mg < br > (2,250,000 FCC PU)
FCC: Food Chemical Codex; PU: Papain Unit.

Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Description

Among its many health benefits, turmeric is known for its positive effect on inflammatory conditions. This traditional spice contains an important active compound called curcumin. Curcumin is responsible for turmeric’s many powerful qualities, ranging from the destruction of free radicals and antioxidant protection to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Bromelain is a very effective protein-digesting enzyme found in the stem of pineapples. It is an excellent digestive aid that also helps improve the absorption of turmeric. In addition, bromelain possesses anti-inflammatory properties, controlling the chemical messengers responsible for inflammation as well as influencing the role the immune system plays in the inflammatory process.

Natural Factors Turmeric & Bromelain is a combination of two effective anti-inflammatory agents that help reduce inflammation associated with various inflammatory conditions. These capsules can be taken to relieve acute inflammation within the digestive tract or other areas of the body, as well as for ongoing daily support for joint and digestive inflammation.
